These statutes may be viewed at the following web address: http://www.leg.state.fl.us . Once at this site click on “Florida Statutes,” then click on “Title XXVIII Natural Resources; Conservation, Reclamation, and Use.” Scroll down and select individual statutes.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission also passed several rules effecting captive wildlife in 2007. These rules are found in the Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).
